It depends on scope. A bathroom is usually two to four weeks; a kitchen four to eight; a full basement or whole-home renovation runs longer. You get real dates in the estimate, not a guess.
Yes. When a job requires a permit we pull it and schedule the inspections as part of the work.
In most cases yes. We seal off the work area, protect the rest of the house and keep the space livable. For whole-home renovations we will tell you honestly if moving out is the better call.
A deposit to schedule and reserve materials, then progress payments tied to milestones in the written scope. Nothing is due for work that has not been done.
